Northlakes Doctors is a mixed billing practice.
Bulk billing is ONLY available for:
- Children under 16 years, Pensioners & Health Care Card Holders
- DVA Gold card holders
- DVA White card holders (for DVA accepted conditions)
Please present your current Medicare card and Pension card to our Reception staff upon arrival prior to your consultation

After hours
Before 0800hrs and public holidays, an additional $12.00 will be applied to your consultation type. Please note higher fees or extra costs may also be charged depending on the complexity of your consultation, type of procedure &/or if any specific documentation needs to be completed. Please contact our reception staff.
Making a Payment
Payment is required on the day of the consultation and can be made by EFTPOS or Credit Card (excluding AMEX and Diners cards). All workers compensation and motor vehicle accident patients are required to pay their accounts at the time of consultation until a letter of liability is produced from their insurance company.
